Sanitech manufactures Steam Sanitation equipment for use in Food Service and Food Processing. There are seven portable models. All convert regular cold water into a pressurized wet-steam. You can operate at any temperature up to 300°+. The Sanitech allows you to remove grease, oil and other processing by-products without using any chemicals. Steam also kills bacteria on contact.
