Nicole Walsh
Nicole Walsh is the Owner and Winemaker of Ser, an artisanal winery. She created her wine label in 2012 with the philosophy of minimal intervention and producing wines that truly express where they come from. With over 17 years of vineyard management, winemaking, grower relations, and property development experience, she was prepared to take on the daunting task of starting her own business. She continues to work with Randall Grahm at Bonny Doon Vineyard in winemaking and planting a vineyard and polyculture farm in San Juan Bautista.
