Erin Kelleher
Erin Kelleher is an attorney with Hinman & Carmichael LLP, San Francisco. Her practice focuses on counseling clients regarding transactions involving existing licensed businesses, as well as supporting the firm’s alcohol beverage licensing, marketing, compliance and trade counseling practices. She is also a frequent contributor to Hinman & Carmichael’s Booze Rules Blog. Prior to joining Hinman & Carmichael, Kelleher was an associate in the corporate group of Latham & Watkins LLP in both New York and San Francisco, where she gained significant experience working on finance and capital-raising transactions on behalf of the firm’s banking and public company clients. In 2011, she joined the corporate group at Morrison & Foerster LLP. There she assisted public companies, including gaming and hospitality clients, in corporate governance matters and compliance with the federal securities laws.
Kelleher received her B.A. from New York University, magna cum laude, and her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law.
