Beginning in a small shop in April 2000, Rack and Maintenance Source (RMS) was able to produce barrel racks to the Walla Walla Valley and parts of the Northwest.
With the Walla Walla Valley wine industry growing, RMS was able to secure their place ini the market and cultivate a new way of buying barrel racks. Expanding towards the east coast, RMS widened their barrel racking for different style cooperages and diversified into the craft brewing market, as well as the spirits and hard cider industries.
With such success RMS began gaining attention from preexisting competition. By ensuring the companies production and flexibility, competitive pricing, and “win” mentality RMS forged new ground. Over time Robert Smith guided RMS and built the company to a national level. serving all 50 states and Canada, RMS has established itself as a leader in the barrel racking industry. With a growing production warehouse and investment in new equipment; RMS is dedicated to affordable driven barrel racking.
