Jarrett Mitchell
Jarrett Mitchell is the founder and inventor of Cobra Verde, an unroasted, green coffee drink. His background and education is in Fine Art and he seeks to use this perspective in crafting drinks that have a beverage as art object presence. Cobra Verde was invented in Jarrett’s small Iowa coffee shop through a series of experimental brewing techniques. The drink has gone through many iterations. Beginning as a simple hot fill beverage, produced in a friends restaurant kitchen on their off days, to now being produced in a 12 oz sleek can. Cobra Verde is found in Whole Foods Markets across the MIdwest, distributed nationally by UNFI. Cobra Verde also works with many regional distribution partners, including Dauntless Distribution in Kentucky.
