Natalie Cilurzo
Natalie is the Co-Owner and President of Russian River Brewing Company in Santa Rosa and Windsor, CA. She and her husband, Vinnie, acquired the brand, all beer names and recipes, and some equipment from Korbel Champagne Cellars in 2003 who opened the original brewery location in 1997. Prior to that she was involved at arms-length with Vinnie’s Blind Pig Brewing Company in Temecula and spent 19 years in the wine industry. Over the past 16 years, the couple have grown their business organically, while developing a strong consumer following for their hoppy ales and sour barrel-aged beers. Natalie has developed skills and experience in all things related to brewpub operations, working with wholesalers and accounts, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Social Media and more. She is always an advocate for the craft beer industry particularly in areas of legal issues, such as bootlegging, protecting brand equity and intellectual property. She proudly serves on the Board of Directors for the California Craft Brewers Association, acting as Board President in 2016 and 2017. Natalie also sits on the Advisory Board for Sonoma State University’s Green Music Center.
In October 2018, she and Vinnie finished construction on their new dream brewery in Windsor, CA. She is an avid supporter of various non-profits and charitable fundraisers. Natalie and Vinnie spearheaded a major effort in 2017 raising over $1.1M for local fire victims with their Sonoma Pride beer. They launched another fundraising campaign in 2019 for local fire agencies after the Kincade Fire came dangerously close to their new Windsor brewery. Natalie is enthusiastic about giving back to the community, passionate about the craft beer industry, and thrives on helping others succeed.
