Theresa is known for revolutionizing direct to consumer programs in the wine, hospitality, and entertainment industries. She has developed highly successful customer experience programs driving growth, retention and recurring revenue.
As Co-founder of Active8 (formerly Active Club Solutions) she was a pioneer as the first woman to bring technology to the wine industry with the SaaS CRM solution. She generated triple digit growth for Active8 and led the company to be a recognized leader in the wine industry. With her expertise in club programs, Theresa is recognized as the “Queen of Clubs,” speaker, and published writer.
Prior to launching Active8, Theresa was Director of Video Services at AT&T. While at AT&T, she was awarded the International Quality Achievement Award for product development by IBM. In Silicon Valley, she led the product development and marketing of wireless applications and built strategic relationships with leaders in the wireless and hospitality industries.
