Matt Hughes
Matt Hughes has been a commercial insurance broker and risk manager since 2006. During that time, he has helped insurance carriers design entire programs around brewing and distilling operations and helped over 50 breweries and distilleries affordably and efficiently control the risks that their businesses face.
Matt has brewed beer for one of Denver’s largest brewpubs, Wynkoop Brewing Company. He founded and operated Goldspot Brewing Company, eventually selling the operation in 2019.
When he’s not working on insurance or drinking his client’s beers, he can be found on his bike, cheering his son on from the side of a swimming pool, or rooting on his daughter’s soccer team.
