Ultra Clean Technologies
The Ultra Clean System offers fast and effective cleaning for sanitary piping, tubes and transfer hoses that are common in the beverage industry. The Ultra Clean projectiles can quickly remove residual liquid from lines without water used in a flushing process. Utilizing a handheld pneumatic launcher to propel projectiles through hose, tube, or pipe, this process ensures contaminants are thoroughly dispelled and the inner wall is wiped clean. Building on our core product, we offer the Clean Seal System, which uses a proprietary heat shrink technology with our Clean Seal Capsules to securely seal the ends of cleaned hose and tube assemblies, providing a superior alternative to traditional caps and plugs.
