Ashlie Stevens
Ashlie Stevens is a Chicago-based writer and audio producer whose work covers food, spirits, and culture. Her work has been featured in and on The Atlantic, National Geographic, NPR’s All Things Considered, Here & Now, Marketplace, VICE, Slate and The Bitter Southerner. She is currently the deputy food editor at Salon.com and was the lead contributing writer for Wildsam’s Kentucky Bourbon Country Guide (2021). Right now she is working on two audio documentaries — one about the oldest monastery in the United States and one about tracking down a stolen motorcycle.
