Jennie Weiland
Jennie is an experienced business leader. Joining PayneWest in 2019 as the managing director of Small Business. Having spent more than 19 years in the insurance industry, Jennie is made to make an impact in her every day. Experience includes underwriting, sales/marketing, agile and leadership development. She leads the strategic initiatives in Small Business to position PayneWest as the Small Business insurance Leader in the communities PayneWest serves. She oversees not only these initiatives, but consistently strives for excellence, by leading with passion and vulnerability.
She grew up in the military, living all around the world and landing in the Northwest where she is now home. Earning a degree in mathematics was nothing compared to raising two amazing kids! When not working she can be found on a golf course, at a winery or enjoying the endless hiking trails in the Northwest.
