Dr Nicola Nice is a trained sociologist who has spent the last 15 years advising Fortune 500 companies on their international brand and consumer strategies through her agency THINK Conservatory.  With particular expertise in the female consumer, as well as the spirits category, she was worked in the innovation, communication and positioning of such iconic spirits brands as Smirnoff, SKYY, Bacardi, and Kettle One.  In 2017, she set out to revolutionize spirits branding and marketing for women by launching Pomp & Whimsy – a wondrously crafted gin liqueur infused with 16 whole botanicals that is uniquely tailored to the female palate.
