Trever Bass
Trever Bass is the Director of Brewery Operations at Hopworks Urban Brewery (HUB) and has been brewing beer for more than ten years in brewpub and production settings. He and the HUB team produce over 30 brands a year for the trade and to support Hopworks’ three pubs. Projects that fuel Trever’s creative drive include collaborations with other breweries, non-profit organizations, and environmentally focused businesses. Future projects that Trever is exploring are based in the food realm and explore innovation in flavor development in correlation with restaurants and specialty farms.
